The company Padel Arena, SIA, operating under the brand name “Tonybet Padel”, will hereafter be referred to as “Tonybet Padel” or “the Club”.
By using Tonybet Padel’s official app, attending the Club, booking courts, or using its services, the user confirms that they agree to the following Terms of Service.
Use of personal data and cookies by Tonybet Padel is governed by the Club’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service:
- “Tonybet Padel” or “the Club” refers to Padel Arena, SIA, operating under the Tonybet Padel brand.
- “App” refers to the official Tonybet Padel mobile application, booking platform, and related digital systems operated by the Club.
- “User” refers to any individual who accesses the App, visits the Club, books services, purchases products, or otherwise uses the Club’s services or facilities.
- “Booking” refers to any reservation of courts, coaching sessions, tournaments, events, or other services offered by the Club.
- “Credits” refers to any digital balance, promotional credits, loyalty rewards, referral rewards, or other non-cash balances issued through the App or Club systems.
- “Services” refers to all facilities, courts, coaching, tournaments, memberships, digital services, events, and related activities provided by Tonybet Padel.
Booking
- Bookings are primarily managed through the official Tonybet Padel app to ensure secure payments, booking management, and cancellation processing. This ensures that payments can be managed securely, bookings can be shared, and cancellations are processed correctly.
- Users may hold up to 14 active court bookings at a time for those courts for which they have paid at least 25% of the booking amount in prepayment, and up to 2 active court bookings for those courts for which they have not done so.
- To book a court, users may use the official Tonybet Padel app, as well as contact the Club by phone, in person, or through the Club’s social media channels.
Booking Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled at any time via the My Bookings section of the Tonybet Padel official app, as well as by contacting the Club by phone, in person, or through the Club’s social media channels during the Club’s operating hours.
- If a booking is cancelled 24 hours or more in advance, any users who have made a prepayment for this booking will receive a refund from the Club within 72 hours of cancellation.
- Any booking may be cancelled free of charge within a 15 minute period of the booking being completed, regardless of whether or not this is done 24 hours in advance of the booking. After this period, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
Loyalty Program & Credits
- Tonybet Padel may offer loyalty programs, credits, discounts, referral rewards, promotional campaigns, or other user benefits through the app or Club systems.
- Credits, loyalty points, rewards, and promotional balances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for monetary refunds.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any loyalty program, promotional campaign, or reward structure at any time without prior notice.
- Certain credits or promotional rewards may have expiration dates or usage restrictions.
- Any abuse of the loyalty system, referral system, promotional offers, or booking system may result in suspension or termination of user access, cancellation of rewards, or removal of credits from the user account.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to correct any technical or administrative errors relating to credits, rewards, balances, or pricing.
App Usage & Booking Conduct
- Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information within the official Tonybet Padel app.
- Accounts within the official Tonybet Padel app are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used by another individual without permission from the Club.
- Users must not make fraudulent, duplicate, or intentionally misleading bookings.
- Repeated no-shows, excessive late cancellations, abuse of promotional offers, or other misuse of the booking system may result in temporary suspension or permanent restriction of booking privileges.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings where necessary due to operational, technical, safety, tournament, or maintenance reasons.
- While Tonybet Padel aims to ensure uninterrupted access to the official Tonybet Padel app and booking systems, the Club does not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be liable for temporary technical interruptions, outages, or software errors.
Tournaments, Leagues & Events
- Tonybet Padel may organize tournaments, leagues, social events, coaching sessions, and other organized activities.
- Tournament schedules, formats, player groupings, match times, and event structures are at the sole discretion of the Club and may be modified where reasonably necessary for operational purposes.
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, coaches, opponents, referees, and other players at all times.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to remove or disqualify any participant for inappropriate behaviour, unsportsmanlike conduct, rule violations, or safety concerns.
- Paid entry fees for tournaments or organized events are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Tonybet Padel, or unless the user who has paid the entry fee informed the club of their non-participation in the tournament or event prior to the list of participants for the tournament or event being publicised on the official Tonybet Padel app.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to verify player eligibility, rankings, or participation requirements where applicable.
- Decisions made by tournament organizers or club management regarding scheduling, format, conduct, or event administration shall be final.
Photography & Media
- Photography and video recording may occasionally take place within the club, during tournaments, events, coaching sessions, or other club activities.
- Such content may be used by Tonybet Padel for marketing, promotional, social media, or informational purposes.
- By entering the Club’s premises or participating in club activities, users acknowledge that they may appear in general photography or video content.
- Users who do not wish to appear in close-up identifiable promotional content may contact the Club, and Tonybet Padel will make reasonable efforts to respect such requests where practical.
Pricing & Promotions
- Court pricing, coaching fees, tournament fees, memberships, promotions, and other service prices may vary depending on time, demand, season, event schedules, or promotional activity.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to introduce, modify, or withdraw promotions, discounts, memberships, and pricing structures at any time.
- Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions or limited availability.
Health & Emergency Situations
- Users are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in sports and physical activities at the Club.
- Users should immediately stop any activity and seek appropriate assistance if they experience pain, dizziness, injury, illness, or discomfort while using the Club’s facilities or participating in Club activities.
- In emergency situations, Tonybet Padel staff may take reasonable action considered necessary to protect the health, safety, or wellbeing of users, guests, employees, or other persons present at the Club.
- Users are expected to follow all reasonable health, safety, and emergency instructions provided by Club staff.
Junior Players & Parental Responsibility
- Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors outside supervised coaching sessions or organized junior activities.
- Tonybet Padel may require parental or guardian consent for participation in certain junior programs, events, or app-related services.
- The Club reserves the right to request confirmation of age or parental authorization where reasonably necessary.
Force Majeure & Operational Interruptions
- Tonybet Padel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances outside the Club’s reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, utility outages, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, emergencies, or force majeure events.
- The Club may temporarily close courts, facilities, or parts of the premises for maintenance, repairs, events, or operational reasons where necessary.
Handling of Equipment
Tonybet Padel property may not be removed from the club, buildings or grounds. Any person who removes, damages or destroys any property of the Club shall be responsible and liable for the replacement or repair of such property at his/her sole expense and shall indemnify the company against any costs or expenses incurred by the company in repairing or replacing such property. The club reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
Warm-up and Recovery Area
- To promote safe use of this area and equipment, please ensure you have read through the guidance posters displayed or the information provided on the equipment.
- If you have any health issues or injuries and are unsure as to whether you should use our equipment or recovery technology, please consult with a doctor or specialist first.
- Please ensure the equipment is handled carefully and left in adequate condition after use.
- Please be aware of other attendees in the room and be respectful of one another.
- Please report any damage of equipment or any other issues to a member of the Tonybet Padel team as soon as possible.
Coaching
- Training sessions are conducted by the Tonybet Padel coaching team. External coaches may conduct training sessions with prior approval from club management, but are not entitled to any benefits bestowed upon the Tonybet Padel coaching team.
- External coaches and their students are required to comply with all Club rules, booking policies, and operational requirements while using the Club’s facilities.
- Tonybet Padel reserves the right to limit, suspend, or refuse coaching activity where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, safety, or behavioural reasons.
- External coaches are not considered representatives, employees, or partners of Tonybet Padel unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing.
Behaviour & Dress
Please behave appropriately when in or around the club:
- Do not use obscene, loud, or offensive language; do not behave in a threatening manner. Tonybet Padel does not tolerate violent or aggressive behavior;
- Tonybet Padel may refuse you entry to the club or expel you from the club if you violate the club rules or commit any other serious offense;
- Please direct all complaints to the club management: verbally to the club manager or in writing to info@tonybetpadel.lv;
- Please wear appropriate clothing while in the club. Recommendations on appropriate clothing can be obtained from the club manager, who, at their sole discretion, may ask you to leave the club premises or any part of it if you are dressed inappropriately;
- We ask players to wear non-marking shoes on the court;
- We ask visitors and spectators to wear footwear appropriate for public areas;
- Towels are available in the locker room and must be returned to the designated towel basket.
Changing Rooms
- Children are not permitted to use the locker rooms of the opposite sex after they reach the age of 7.
- Male users are prohibited from using the locker room designated for female users.
- Female users are prohibited from using the locker room designated for male users.
- Please keep an eye on your valuables. The club is not responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in this area, whether stored in lockers or otherwise.
- Please dispose of all trash in the bins provided. Please report the presence of suspicious individuals in the locker room to a member of staff.
Lockers
- Lockers are intended for legitimate purposes.
- If any lockers are broken or have any other problems with them, please notify club staff immediately.
- Club staff reserves the right to inspect lockers to resolve security issues. If such an incident occurs, we will attempt to contact the person responsible.
- Please remove all items from your locker when leaving the premises.
- Lockers are intended for use exclusively by those users who wish to store their belongings while using the Club’s services or while attending to watch other users’ games.
- Lockers are inspected daily to ensure that items are not left unattended and that lockers are not reserved. If necessary, club staff will remove all contents and hand over items to the lost and found department.
Liability
- The club’s liability for damage or loss to member’s property is strictly limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of negligence of the Club, its staff or its agents. Without exception, the club will not accept liability for the safety of users and guests or their personal property brought onto the club site, unless such property is handed to the club reception and a signed receipt is given (this does not include lost property).
- The club reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse to store any such personal property of members or guests. Property stored in lockers provided by the club or its agents are stored at the owner’s risk and no liability for loss or damage will be accepted by the Club unless said loss or damage occurs as a result of negligence of the Club, its staff or its agents.
- Cars parked in the Club car parks or elsewhere on the premises and all the contents in them are left at the owner’s risk and the club will not accept any liability for loss or damage in respect thereof. The Club cannot accept any liability for any accident to any member or guest that may occur on the premises or within the grounds of the club other than liability, which may arise from negligence of the Club, its staff or its agents.
- Any player or guest who suffers an accident on the Club premises or in the Club grounds must report the accident, and the circumstances under which it occurred, to the Club Manager immediately following the accident.
- Users participate in sports activities at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to participate.
Car Parking
- The car park is available for players, visitors and employees of Tonybet Padel free of charge. The car park can only be used by players, guests, and visitors while they are on Club premises. You may not leave your car in our car parks at any other time.
- No unauthorised parking is permitted. Unauthorised parking and/or cars parked incorrectly may be subject to fines and/or other sanctions.
- Tonybet Padel cannot accept liability for theft or damage to cars parked in the car park.
Fire Exits
- Do not use the fire exit to leave the club unless during an evacuation. Fire exits are alarmed.
Enforcement and Termination
- If the Club chooses not to enforce any provision of these Terms, this shall not prevent the Club from enforcing the terms of these Terms in the future.
- In the event of any conflicts between club users or between club users and the Club itself, the Club will make every effort to resolve the conflict.
- If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other provisions of these Terms shall continue to apply.
Intellectual Property
- All Tonybet Padel branding, logos, trademarks, designs, photographs, videos, app content, text, graphics, and other materials made available through the Club or App are the property of Tonybet Padel or are used under appropriate license.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or publicly display any Club materials or content without prior written permission from Tonybet Padel.
- Use of the App and Club services is permitted solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Club.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions and any disputes relating to the use of the Club, App, or Services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
- Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
Changes to This Agreement
- We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms on our website or notifying you through other reasonable means. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using our services.
